Seas0nPass jailbreak app released for new Apple TV

Itching to get your second generation Apple TV jailbreak on? Well now you can scratch that itch, thanks to the team at fireCore and their Seaso0nPass Apple TV jailbreak app.

Created exclusively for the new Apple TV, Seas0nPass allows you to create custom IPSW files (firmware), and restore them with iTunes to your mini media-machine. It works in a very similar manner to the infamous Pwnage Tool, but also includes a tethered boot option, which will allow you to use newer Apple TV iOS versions that have yet to be untethered jailbreak enabled.

Currently the app is only available for Mac OS X Snow Leopard, although a Windows version is in the works. Head on over to Seas0nPass.com to download the latest free version and release the full potential locked inside your Apple media streamer.
